It is also important that you feel comfortable with your realtor and can establish a good working relationship.

For example, a RE/MAX realtor has an average 13 years experience and is part of a large professional team which consistently outsells all others in the area. Most importantly, choose a realtor you feel comfortable with and in whom you can place your trust. After all, you will be paying this person to market your home and you will expect the best in service and results. |
