Rental DetailsOur condo is available on a weekly basis only. The weekly rate is $1,000.00 USD per week with a 10% discount for all rentals over one week. Easter and Christmas are slightly higher. We require a $200.00 USD deposit on booking with the balance due 60 days before arrival. The rate includes cleaning once per week. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a small extra charge. |
